James Zintak was recently diagnosed with  Chronic Granulomatous Disease.  CGD requires multiple daily medications and injections, along with the extreme expense of James's projected bone marrow transplant.   Due to the demands of constant care for James, Sam has taken a leave of absence from her teaching position for the remainder of the school year.  Any donations for James are sincerely appreciated.  All donations are accepted through the secure PayPal link to the right.
